The service quality levels for Asiana Airlines staff continue to be popular with passengers and it was the extremely high level of
consistency across First, Business and Economy Class that secured this award. The added accomplishment of gaining the title World’s
Best Economy Class is further testament to the service quality available across the OZ network with staff service quality being a
key factor behind a high percentage of the votes received.”
